I had the pleasure of trying one of your muffins and I was honestly incredibly shocked by how good it was. Gluten-free baked goods usually aren't nearly as good as their traditional counterparts, and I had never actually found anything I really enjoyed flax in. I was pleased to see how good your ingredient list was! I will definitely be buying these muffins again and sharing them with family!
