I was recently introduced to your products via a small local specialty grocery store, and I absolutely love your gluten-free flax mini muffins in the chocolate brownie flavor! I struggle to find good quality gluten-free snacks/goodies, let alone ones with flax in them, that I can eat because I follow a low-FODMAP diet. Many gluten-free premade pastries are made with applesauce which I can’t eat, so it was wonderful to find yours! Just wanted to say thank you!
Best,
Cory
