My 16yr old daughter and I are new to having to eat a dairy and gluten-free diet. When we first found out, we were both a little worried we would be eating bland nasty textured food for the rest of our lives. We both love to cook and bake. We also love good flavors and are picky about textures.
So the other day I was standing in line at our little neighborhood grocery store when I saw a display of your muffins. I immediately saw the GF and that they were dairy-free, so I thought we would try one of each flavor (carrot raisin, chunky chocolate chip, wild blueberry, toasted coconut brownies, and chocolate brownie). Not only were we extremely pleased by the yummy flavor, but we also agreed the texture was amazing! I was concerned about the amount of calories in the smallish muffin(we were used to Costco sized muffins Lol) and whether we would be full enough with just one. Ha! I was only able to eat half the muffin (with 8oz of almond milk) before I felt full! Not only was I full, but I felt so satisfied!
Thank you so much for such an amazing GF and Dairy-free product! Keep up the great work!
Sincerely,
Kasandra and Kaytlyn B.
